Fret not if you think it’s intimidating to order food items that you are not familiar with, because their hospitality is superb! Once we entered, we were warmly recommended to get the 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 with 𝐙𝐚’𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐫 and 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬, and a side of 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬.

The Taste It All Platter boasts a generous amount and variety of dips! There’s 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒔, 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒂 𝑮𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒉 and 3 in-house dips, namely 𝑻𝒂𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒊, 𝑯𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒂 and 𝑨𝒎𝒃𝒂. The Hummus dip was creamy and has a smooth texture whereas the Baba Ganoush dip was flavorful with a grainy texture.

The soft and fluffy Pitas were served hot to us. My favourite dip to go with the Pita Bread will have to be Baba Ganoush! It enhances the overall flavor and texture of the soft and fluffy Pita Bread.

Next is the crispy 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒍 balls! A mixture of herbs and spices fills your mouth as you take a bite into the crispy yet moist Falafel. Pair it with their dips for some flavor bombs! Not forgetting their 𝑷𝒊𝒕𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒑𝒔, which I love! It’s crunchy, not oily and well-seasoned. I love dipping them into the Tahini dip! So good!

Though I am not used to the flavors of the salad and pickled vegetables, they were refreshing nonetheless. @pitabakerysingapore is definitely a small and cosy unassuming hole-in-the-wall bakery! Hit them up for authentic and tasty Mediterranean food 👍🏻!
