Roasted New Zealand Beef Tenderloin with Black Truffle & Wild Mushroom Sauce 🥩

It’s cooked to medium/medium-rare, however, it’s tough like a rock. Not sure whether it’s the cut of the steak or the cutlery provided (or both), I had a really hard time cutting it. And the most prominent taste was the charred taste. Gave up on eating it ☹️ The sides were soo much better!
