Sake Labo — New Japas and Sake Menu
What better way to kick-off the festive season than with great sake, a new menu with exciting offerings and amazing company?
Located on Stanley Street is @sakelabo.sg - a stylish sake bar and dining concept with a mission to bring great sake dining culture to Singapore.
Helmed by the 3 consecutive years Mentor Chef of the Year winner Chef Derek, @sakelabo.sg offers Japas - a vibrant cross of traditional Japanese izakaya nosh interpreted with playful Spanish irreverence, to complement their collection of artisanal sakes, all handpicked by the recently crowned Young Sake Ambassador recipient Rueben Oh.
