Sake Labo Tasting Menu
It’s always a good time at @sakelabo.sg with delicious Japas and sake!
Located on Stanley Street is @sakelabo.sg - a stylish sake bar and dining concept with a mission to bring great sake dining culture to Singapore.
This time, I tried out a tasting menu put together by Derek Ang, Executive Chef & Mike Mok, Group Sommelier:

A must-try for all first timers!

The patty was so tender and juicy!

Grilled Tiger Prawn | Sakura Ebi | Prawn-infused Oil
So fragrant and umami!
🍶𝐙𝐚𝐤𝐮 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐢 𝐍𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐢 𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐨
Fruit-forward but rice-y. Balanced and smooth.

Rich and zesty.

Rich and dry, with clean crisp finish.

Refreshing citrus flavour. A good palate cleanser to end your meal with!
