The taste was unique! The prawns were really fresh, firm and crunchy. Upgrade the pasta to homemade tagliatelle and no regrets! It’s fresh and suitably thick, cooked to al-dente.

The mentaiko taste was suitably strong yet light. It’s unlike the mentaiko pasta you normally get elsewhere which gets you feeling gelat after a few mouthful.
