OLA Cocina del Mar — Spanish Pork Set Menu

Was kinda looking forward to this dish since I saw some good reviews on it. Hmm... could it be that I’d set my expectation too high? But I wasn’t impressed by this dish. I was expecting the pork to be more tender, juicy and flavorful!

But one thing to point out is that the addition of grape adds a tinge of sweetness to the dish, which I find it pretty refreshing.
