Shenton Food Hall — New Opening

Located within @shentonfoodhall , @sandunfishsouppaofan is a newly opened stall specialising in Pao Fan and Fish Soup. If you’re craving for either Pao Fan or Fish Soup, @sandunfishsouppaofan is prepared to serve you in the comforts of your home with their island-wide delivery!

@sandunfishsouppaofan 𝐏𝐚𝐨 𝐅𝐚𝐧 is pretty unique as they use 𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚 instead of the usual white rice and pair them with 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙪𝙞 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙥. This give it a refreshing twist to the usual Pao Fan. My favourite is actually their 𝐌𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐦 𝐘𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐨 𝐅𝐚𝐧 which comprises of fragrant egg fried rice soaked in a robust tom yum soup and topped with a generous amount of fresh ingredients. If you’re feeling fancy, top up your bowl with fish maw, crab meat and more seafood selections!

Apart from Pao Fan, @sandunfishsouppaofan offers the 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 too. Simmered using 𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙫𝙮, 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣, 𝙛𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨, their soup was complex yet light with hints of sweetness. I tried the 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 and I like how they serve the crispy fried fish separately from the bowl of noodles to retain it’s crispness and flavor. A robust soup base paired with fresh and thick fish slices and crispy fried fish, it’s such a comforting bowl of noodles soup that you’ll slurp it all up!
