There is a wide selection of noodle types for you to choose. The noodles were soft and fresh, pretty al-dente.

Despite the soup looking clear, it is actually pretty flavorful. Try the soup by itself first, before mixing it with the chili to taste the difference. While it may look intimidating, it is actually not spicy at all!

The generous portion of green Chinese leeks and coriander gave the bowl of noodles a refreshing taste and added texture.

Saw this from the internet - To spot an authentic Lanzhou noodle dish, it must include 一清、二白、三红、四绿、五黄, meaning “one clear (soup), two white (radish), three red (chili oil), four green (leek) and five yellow (noodle). Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles has all that 5 signature elements. So I can safely conclude that it’s a warm and hearty bowl of authentic Lanzhou Lamian.
