Signature Truffle Wagyu Don 🥩

This looks a little different from their usual bowl because they said that if we wants the onsen egg, we will have to wait for 45mins. So we opted for the alternative - no egg, more meat.

The truffle taste and smell was super strong! I would say it’s a little too overpowering and it was rather oily! Think the chef accidentally drizzled in too much truffle oil? It’s aromatic definitely but too much for taste-wise.

But that being said, the beef was tasty! It was tender and thinly sliced, pleasantly chewy and slightly melts in your mouth. They added a little sweet-tasting sauce for flavor and the meat to rice ratio was good!

Be prepared to wait as it takes quite awhile for the food to be served.
