The Black Taurus — Fried Fish Skin Snacks

Apart from the seasoning flavors and crunchy texture, an important factor to me when looking for a good fried fish skin snack is the absence of fishy taste.

I am so glad that the recent fried fish skin snacks I tried from @theblacktaurus.sg is thin, crunchy and complete absence of fishy taste. Not only were the flavors on point, the snacks felt light without being overly greasy.

Subtle aroma of curry leaves fills the air upon opening the pack of fish skin. The richness of the salted egg yolk pairs really well with the crisp fried fish skin.

I like it that each pack comes with a resealable seal, keeping the remaining fried fish skins fresh and crisp. However, because it’s so addictive and comes in a pretty small portion, I am sure you’ll finish it in no time!
