Sip Sip has established itself as a versatile CBD dining spot, serving a relaxed brunch and café menu by day before transitioning into a lively wine and tapas destination in the evening. With the recent launch of its Saturday brunch, it’s now just as worthy of a weekend visit.

Helmed by Chef Darrel Woon, who brings nearly two decades of experience across Michelin-level French, Italian and Japanese kitchens, the menu blends European techniques with Japanese influences in a way that feels refined rather than forced.

Some highlights include:

🍝Nori Cold Pasta

A refreshing chilled pasta paired with Argentinian prawn tartare dressed in white balsamic, citrus and cucumber. The nori adds savoury depth, while crispy onions provide a satisfying crunch, making it a light yet flavourful dish.

🍞Cast Iron French Toast

Inspired by Fukuoka’s viral French toast, Sip Sip’s version is the first in Singapore. Thick-cut shokupan is soaked in vanilla custard for 24 hours before being baked in a cast iron skillet, creating a crisp golden exterior and an irresistibly soft, custardy centre. Finished with butter, maple syrup and a touch of sea salt, it’s indulgent without being overwhelming.

🥓Iberico Pork Jowl Flatbread

House-made focaccia is topped with tender Iberico pork jowl, slow-cooked sofrito, garlic labneh, pickled onions and a poached egg. Every bite is rich, savoury and well-balanced, with the creamy labneh and tangy pickles cutting through the richness.

🥩Steak Fritez

Lightly smoked Angus oyster blade is served with crisp shoestring fries and a classic au poivre sauce. Simple but well executed, it’s a satisfying dish that lets the quality of the beef shine.

Complementing the food is a warm, inviting space that transitions effortlessly from relaxed brunches and business lunches to intimate dinners and after-work drinks.
