Snackshack — Warm Baked Sushi Trays

Have you ever tried baked sushi? Instead of the cold sushi that we are used to, these sushi bakes are served warm! Despite being a sushi fan, this was my first time trying out sushi bakes from @snackshack.sg !

Baked sushi is essentially a deconstructed sushi roll, baked in a casserole-style with a layer of Japanese rice and topped with ingredients such as crab sticks, salmon or tuna. While eating sushi bakes, you have to make sure that your spoon goes all the way to the bottom, so that you get the rice as well as the toppings!

Served in an aluminium foil tray measuring four inches by four inches, the small size comes with a packet of nori and is available in 5 different flavors. The following are flavors I’d tried:

The sushi bakes from @snackshack.sg were very creamy and flavorful and every scoop brings with it a luscious mouthfeel, making them super addictive! Pair the sushi bakes with nori to add a crunch!

For those who love their spices, definitely try the 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐚 which is a sweet-savory combination with a lingering kick in your mouth!
