The soup was really rich in beef flavor and the beef brisket was really tender! Personally I find the noodles a tad bit too soft as I prefer my noodles to have a bite to it. It was a delight to pair the tender beef brisket with the beefy soup broth😌.

Specialty Noodles with Pork Knuckles 🍖

The pork knuckles soup broth is clearer and tastes lighter on the palate compared to the beef soup broth.

Overall, it’s a pretty good deal as we caught the promotional price of $2.50 per bowl!
