Spicy Pork Spine Soup (Leng Tom Sap)

Saw this online and came across this while we were at the night market so decided to give it a try! Was hesitant at first due to the insane amount of chilis in it.

We ordered medium to try. The XXL portion is insanely huge! Search it up online and you’ll know.

The soup was yummy but spicy. It leaves you with the numbing feels after a few mouthful but it’s “addictive” as you just can’t stop drinking it. The bone meat was really good - soft, tender and flavourful.

Definitely a must-try street food when you’re visiting the night market! 🌟
