I am very amazed with this dish! First time having glutinous rice thatโs so fragrant and boasting flavors of a good plate of fried rice! Paired with fresh, juicy and sweet lobster, this is a very comforting dish to be shared with loved ones!

I find this dish really unique! The chicken was roasted till a golden brown color, boasting tender meat and crispy skin. The deboned chicken has an additional layer of minced prawns which adds more juiciness, flavor and freshness to it.
