Sui Generis Delights — Hearty Home-Baked Goods

I tried the following bakes:

𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞 𝐔𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬

This is inspired by the famous Jenny's Bakery butter cookies. Crunchy with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, the cookies were tasty with a strong buttery fragrance.

𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐬 (雪花酥)

𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐬 (抹茶雪花酥)

These nougats are a symphony of contrasting flavors and textures: chewy and crunchy, milky and fragrant, with a hint of tanginess for balance. I love the balance of the soft, chewy and creamy milky nougat with the crunchy nuts, brightened up with the hint of tartness from the cranberries. While the nougats are slightly chewy, they melt in your mouth in the most satisfying way after a few bites.
