I like it that the meat wasn’t soggy despite it being stir-fried together with the sauce. The meat is thinly-sliced and coated with a thin layer of batter (which I love it alot). There are places where the batter is so thick that I can’t even taste much meat! The pork pieces here were pretty tender with a good bite to it.

A wonderful combination between the sweet and sour pork and a bowl of Jjajangmyeon as the sweet and tangy sauce helps to cut through the greasiness of the Jjajangmyeon.

Steamed Dumplings 🥟

LOL🤨. That was the reaction I had when the dumplings were served. Nothing fancy about it and the size was minute!! Just skip this dish!
