This is Cat and the Fiddle’s rendition of the classic New York Cheesecake. There’s no fancy ingredients added to it, but it’s rich, thick and creamy😌 The cheesecake was smooth and light, which doesn’t make you feel jelak.

I would highly recommend to store the cheesecake in the freezer!
