The Exchange — Modern Australasian Dining in CBD

Nestled within the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, @theexchangesingapore boast a modern, Australasian-inspired menu. From grabbing a takeaway coffee to catching your favourite sports, to after-work drinks, power lunches and languorous dinner parties, @theexchangesingapore is the perfect spot to head to!

Here’s what we tried:

🍄𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩

Thick, creamy, smooth and flavourful. Totally warmed up my palate for the upcoming courses.

🍝𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚

Served chilled and infused with flavours of kombu, chives and truffle oil, topped with Ikura. Super love this dish - al-dente pasta doused in well-balanced flavours enhanced with scent of truffle oil.

🐟𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬

Served with pumpkin puree, kale, sauce vierge, fish cracker and Ikura. Seabass was fresh and the pumpkin puree enhanced the sweetness of the dish. I like the incorporation of fish cracker as well. The only thing that I’d change will be the kale as I personally prefer fried crispy kale!

🥩𝟐𝟓𝟎𝐠 𝐑𝐢𝐛 𝐄𝐲𝐞

Served with baby carrot, brocolini, red wine shallot & red wine sauce. Steak was good - cooked to medium doneness and paired with a flavourful sauce.

Definitely a spot to unwind and chill over good food and drinks after a tiring day at work!
