The Goodburger Food Truck — Plant-Based Burgers

I recently chanced upon a food truck serving amazing plant-based burgers. If you’re into impossible burgers, this is for you!

Located outside Coronation Plaza, @thegoodburgersg serves up a number of plant-based burgers that tastes like the real thing, but a lot kinder and better for the planet 😉.

Here’s what we tried:

🌟𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐂 $22

@thegoodburgersg take on the classic American cheeseburger with Impossible beef patty, cheese and TGB secret sauce. This was simplicity at it’s best - the patty was well-seasoned and juicy. I wouldn’t be able to tell it’s not a real beef patty, unless I really paid attention and deeply savoured each bite. Would totally recommend to add on an additional patty as it definitely elevated the burger.

🌟"𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐊!" $18

Southern-style crispy fried TiNDLE “chicken” burger, topped with a slice of cheese, crunchy pickles, and special homemade sauce with a garlicky kick! This definitely WOW-ed me and is my favourite of the night as I’d have believed it’s a chicken burger if you don’t tell me otherwise!

🍔𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐓𝐈𝐄 $18

The posh one with Impossible patty, truffle aioli and rocket. The truffle aroma wasn’t overwhelming and I like it that the burger wasn’t overly greasy.

🍔𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐈𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐊𝐎𝐊 $20

Aromatic Thai-inspired flavours with Impossible patty. For this, I felt that the Thai flavours and aroma were pretty muted here and wish that it was more pronounced!

Apart from burgers, they offer sides such as 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐍𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 ($6) and 𝐌𝐨𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 ($8) as well.

I have tried quite a number of impossible burgers, and @thegoodburgersg is one of the better ones that I’ve tried. Their cool concept added some bonus points to it as well! How I wish they were here while I was still schooling in the area! I wouldn’t mind saving the world, ONE BURGER AT A TIME 🍔, it they tastes so good!
