The Last Piece — Coconut Latte Basque Cheesecake

@thelastpiececake has launched a new flavour - 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞.

The cake consists of 2 layers - the bottom layer is a denser cake similar to cheesecake but not too heavy with fragrant coffee notes, while the upper layer is raw coconut powder cake which has a delightfully light and airy texture with hints of coconut.

This cake doesn’t feel like the usual Basque Burnt Cheesecake as it’s super light and airy! Check out @thelastpiececake for more details!
