A popular street food in Thailand where the name loosely translates to ‘spicy pork bone soup’. While the original dish consists of a mountain of pork doused in a vividly green, spicy broth, @thefatmammoth variation of Leng Saap is a meat-lovers delight! Each piece of meat was thick, juicy and tender.

Available in two sizes, 600g ($49) and 1.2kg ($90).

@thefatmammoth signature dish! Inspired by Thailand’s iconic Tom Yum Soup and Chef Ian’s love for seafood, this dish came with a generous seafood spread consisting of prawns, mussels, clams and squid. I personally would like it if there were more tom yum flavor as I could hardly taste any. Do request for less spicy (unless you’re up for a challenge) as I find it really spicy though I’m a spice lover🥵!
