Kicking off from a sourdough starter during covid lockdown, @thefocacciahouse decided to venture into a rather interesting and lesser known type of bread - Focaccia.
Focaccia is an italian bread that’s similar to pizza dough and can be eaten by itself or paired with a bowl of soup or salad. I would recommend pairing them with a bowl of warm creamy soup!
@thefocacciahouse focaccia was pretty soft and slightly chewy, with a slightly crisp top. Their focaccia is available in 4 flavors - Traditional, Salmon, Bacon and Eggplant. @thefocacciahouse bread is definitely on the pricey end, but if you wish to whip up a fancier breakfast, head over to @thefocacciahouse now!
