Finally tried The Salted Plum’s Lu Rou Fan! This was during their anniversary giveaway promotion in March.

The Lu Rou Fan ricebowl came with a huge piece of pork belly covered in savory sauce. The pork belly was very tender and it’s almost the definition of melt in your mouth soft. The dish did not come off as being too greasy as the pork belly contains a suitable amount of fats which also enhances the flavor of the dish.

One thing that disappoints me was the onsen egg being a little too overcooked as I like my onsen egg to be runny.
