Using only the freshest ingredients, @thestickygrain glutinous rice is topped with a generous amount of premium chinese sausages, fragrant mushrooms, tender pork belly, soft dried shrimps, crispy fried shallots and crunchy peanuts! I love their freshly made crispy fried shallots the most! Not only was it fresh and crisp, the fried shallots add fragrance and elevate the flavors of the dish.
