To celebrate its 15th anniversary, ESQUINA is bringing back some of its most iconic dishes from the archives, alongside brand-new creations by Chef-Owner Carlos Montobbio. Even better, the anniversary menu evolves every month until December 2026, so each visit offers something new to discover.

Highlights include:

🦪Cadoret Oyster (2011)

Fresh oysters brightened with a zesty Vietnamese dressing and crisp cucumber. A refreshing, flavour-packed start to the meal.

🐟 Smoked Sardine “Gilda” (2026)

A classic Spanish pintxo featuring smoky sardine, pickled onion and piparras. Salty, tangy and incredibly addictive.

🦆 Foie Gras (2013)

Silky foie gras layered with leek, sherry vinegar jam and flaky puff pastry. Rich, indulgent and beautifully balanced.

🍅 Momotaro Tomato (2026)

Sweet Momotaro tomatoes paired with salmorejo, Manchego ice cream and burnt chive oil. Light, refreshing and surprisingly complex.

🐚 Ofunato Bay Scallops (2019)

Delicately sweet scallops complemented by earthy Jerusalem artichoke, burnt onion and savoury Ibérico lardo.

🦐 Carabinero “Al Ajillo” (2023)

A magnificent XXL Spanish carabinero prawn served in fragrant garlic and chilli oil, allowing the natural sweetness of the prawn to take centre stage.

🥔 Sweet Potato (2018)

A must-order. Charcoal-baked until irresistibly creamy, then finished with smoky ají amarillo, smoked quail egg and crispy puffed quinoa for layers of flavour and texture.

🥘 Mini Uni Paella (2018)

Luxurious lobster bomba rice topped with mongo ika, bafun uni and Mediterranean red prawn. Rich, deeply umami and packed with seafood flavour in every bite.

🐷 Ibérico Pork Jowl (2016)

Crispy, succulent and melt-in-your-mouth tender, with smoky chipotle mayo and pickled pear adding the perfect balance of richness and acidity.

🍨 Tarta al Whisky (2026)

A delightful finish of whisky parfait, crispy praline, vanilla ice cream and silky yema. Creamy, crunchy and just the right amount of sweetness.

🍷 Anniversary Perk: Order any 6 anniversary tapas and enjoy a complimentary carafe of Spanish house wine.

If you’ve never been, this is probably the best time to experience one of Singapore’s longest-standing modern Spanish restaurants.
