Toby's Kopi Toast Bakery — Afternoon Tea

I am pretty amazed by my recent visit to @tobys_kopi_toast_bakery . Situated in an industrial area in Jurong, @tobys_kopi_toast_bakery is a brilliant one stop venue to suit any palates as they offer a wide range of local favourites, ranging from curry rice, noodles and western mains to toasts and desserts. All at an affordable price range!

Alike to the typical breakfast sets you get at other places, @tobys_kopi_toast_bakery 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐭 consists of 𝐭𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 + 𝐤𝐨𝐩𝐢 + 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭-𝐛𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐬. Good news for breakfast fans - breakfast sets are available all day from 730am!

The 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞 came in a really huge portion and drenched in a generous amount of fragrant curry sauce - this will be a hit with all curry rice lovers! The pork cutlet was well-marinated, coated with a crisp batter and not overly oily. Paired with cabbages and drenched with light yet flavorful tasting curry, you just can’t stop yourself from going for more!

For western mains, we tried 𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐬 and 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤. Definitely go for their ribs! Well-marinated, fork-tender and comes in a generous portion, this is definitely a steal!

For noodles, we had 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 and 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐰 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞, with the latter being my preferred choice. The noodles were well-coated with sauce and the tender beef chunks added flavors and excitement into the dish.

Not to forget their series of cakes as they are a delight to have to sum up your meal or to be enjoyed for afternoon tea!
