Another must try dish when you’re in China - Stir-Fry Egg with Tomato! Pretty good. Love it when the egg is smooth, silky and tastes sweet.

甜酸排骨 | Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs

There is a good balance between the sweetness and sourness, but more towards the sweet side. Sadly, the pork ribs was full of bones☹️ Not a great choice to choose pork ribs.
