Kott-Don 360 has opened its new flagship outlet at VivoCity, bringing a more refined take on Korean barbecue through premium ingredients, careful preparation and attentive tableside service. Its striking cave-inspired entrance leads into a contemporary Hanok-style interior that feels elegant yet inviting, making it suitable for both casual gatherings and special occasions.
The highlight is its signature 360-hour wet-aged meats, prepared to enhance tenderness while retaining their natural flavour and juiciness. The Jeju Black Pork Neck offers a firm, satisfying bite and deep pork flavour, while the Duroc Black Pork Belly develops crisp, caramelised edges without feeling overly greasy. Exclusive to the VivoCity outlet is a premium Hanwoo beef selection, prized for its delicate marbling and buttery texture. Staff handle the grilling throughout the meal, ensuring each cut is cooked to its ideal doneness.
The supporting dishes are equally well executed. The Beef Tartare Bibimbap combines seasoned wagyu tartare, creamy egg yolk and fresh vegetables, while the Cold Kimchi Noodles provide a refreshing, tangy contrast to the richness of the grilled meats. Free-flow banchan, fluffy steamed egg and comforting soups complete the meal.
To celebrate its grand opening at VivoCity, Kott-Don 360 is offering its signature 360-Hour Aged Black Pork for just $1, usually $29.90. Limited to one redemption per table and available for a limited time.
