A sweet end to the otherwise savoury meal - Rich and chocolatey warm brownie topped with a scoop of smooth vanilla ice cream. I particularly love the addition of the almond crumbles and pistachios which gives the dessert an added crunch factor. I really like the textural contrast here and the fact that the brownie was served warm!
