The ribeye was tender and flavorful. It tastes good by itself but if you’d like to, pair it with their red wine jus. Would recommend you to dip it lightly only as the red wine jus was very salty. I love the mushrooms but it was slightly salty too.
Overall, i think the 1st and 2nd courses were well-executed but slightly on the saltier end. Hence, would recommend you to top it up and get the premium cut since you’re already there!
