𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆 𝑨𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒔𝒆, 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒍, 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑰𝒄𝒆 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎
This is my first time trying a Bread and Butter Pudding! The dessert was beautifully presented - A plump and fluffy bread drenched with a copious amount of custard cream sauce. I initially thought that the bread will be lightly crisp but it’s actually soft and moist! Somehow the rich yet light custard cream reminds me of Werther’s Original caramel candy!
Served with a scoop of smooth vanilla ice cream, we slowly sink our teeth into the soft texture of the spongey pudding and savoured every morsel of it. This is a sweet dessert that’s enjoyable without being cloying.
