Wursthans — Swiss Rosti and Sausages at Paya Lebar Quarter

Switzerland is definitely one of my dream destinations - enjoying a rosti breakfast with a picturesque view of the white snowy mountains. With Covid still ongoing, it makes travelling difficult and almost impossible.

Hence, I am so glad to discover @wursthans.sg - a casual dining restaurant specialising in Swiss delicacies! @wursthans.sg is located at @payalebarquarter , just steps away from Paya Lebar MRT - making it convenient for us to have a taste of Swiss cuisine while staying safe in Singapore!

As Cervelat and Bratwursts feature prominently in their menu, we can’t go without trying the 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭! It consists of smoked pork cervelat, iceberg lettuce, emmental cheese, cherry tomato, cornichon and onion, paired with Mustard Vinaigrette.

I like it that the rosti was pan-fried to a beautiful golden brown with a crispy outer layer.
