Yong Tau Foo Bee Hoon Soup 🍜

Bought some fresh YTF from the market and decided to make mushroom minced meat YTF bee hoon soup!

The soup was light and tasty, boiled using dried anchovies and soybeans. What I like about YTF is that I can add whatever ingredients I want and the 2 ingredients that I will always pick for my YTF meal are bittergourd and enoki mushroom!

For home-cooked YTF, I really love adding the mushroom minced meat into the bowl of YTF noodles! It enhances the flavor and adds savouriness into the entire dish😌
