Together with @usapeec_asean , the special Sizzle of Victory menu celebrates Chef Mugil Varma’s winning creations from Sizzle Showdown 2026 | Season 3: Recipe Remix, while showcasing the versatility of U.S. poultry and eggs.
The three-course menu
The 3-course experience features U.S. Turkey Caesar Salad, the award-winning U.S. Chicken Balloon with Mushroom Mousse & Confit U.S. Egg Yolk, before ending on a classic New York Cheesecake made with U.S. eggs.
